An intimate Farm Wedding with a sweet floral decor

We’re wrapping up this week at the farm by having a sweet, actual wedding that’s full of beautiful details.

Courtney and Ryan were married in a romantic outdoor ceremony held at Pheasant Run Farm Bed & Breakfast located in Pennsylvania, just a few miles from the Appalachian Trail. The beautiful venue was the perfect spot for their intimate celebration, featuring stunning garden backdrops as well as a rustic reception venue and a few adorable horses!

The day was beautifully captured, taken by Bekah Kay Creative, and adorned with florals and ribbons, paper lanterns, elegant signage, and plenty of affection (you can really feel the joy in these images! ).

With plenty of ideas to use for your wedding day, From the bridal party design to the emotional father-daughter at first glance, This wedding is delightful and uplifting from beginning to end.

From the Photographer

Ryan and Courtney’s wedding day was a beautiful wedding with an intimate and private gathering of dear family and close friends.

A little less than a hundred to attend the wedding. The guests were gathered at the stunning Pheasant Run Farm, a B&B in the midst of an incredibly sunny and warm June wedding.

The couple had a small wedding party with a family-friendly atmosphere in green and blush pink tones, which were also accentuated by the stunning flowers.

Courtney not only had a lovely and intimate first glance with her husband, but she also shared a first glance with her father, which was very touching and sweet.

Another thing they loved during the ceremony was the handwritten vows they wrote, as well as the two mothers lighting a candle of unity to symbolize the bonding of families, as well as the beautiful string quartet that played as background music to set the mood.

Ryan & Courtney put together several unique DIY decorations and other details during the event.

The signs were hand-made, which showed guests where to be, homemade tissue poms hung from trees and around the ceremony sites, and wands that guests could dance with at the conclusion of the ceremony, as well as other details that were scattered throughout the day.

They also used some of their special antiques in the wedding decorations and the celebrations. Courtney was able to put the engineering pin of her father on the inside of her gown to commemorate his passing, along with some unique pins on the lace that adorned her bouquet.

Ryan also gave her a necklace surprise on the morning of the wedding. It was special as it contained the diamond that was her engagement ring.

The groom and bride were in love with one another, and you could feel them looking at each other across the space, embracing each other close, and relaxed in their adoration for each other.

The reception held in The Pheasant Room was awash with wood beams and twinkle lights that made the event feel comfortable.

One of my very favorite moments of the reception was when special dances and toasts were performed in the parents’ honor, and they recognized and praised the parents for all they’d done in the groom and bride’s lives.
