Beautiful San Francisco Cafe Wedding with a romantic style

Okay, I’m kind of addicted to the authentic wedding! It’s filled with stunning details, and the flow of the marriage is awesome – I’m sure that you’ll enjoy it as well!

Corry and Charles are the most sweet couple (make sure to go through their “how we met” story! ). The couple were married in an intimate ceremony at a cafe located in San Francisco.

The couple began their day with an adorable first look and walk together; the couple made their way to their wedding ceremony in the Stable Cafe garden after a dinner filled with food, entertainment drinks, and tasty sweets under the glimmering lights of a string blooming trees, and hanging plants. They were joined by their family and friends who were flying in from overseas to attend the wedding.

Gorgeously photographed and beautifully captured by ComePlum Photography and featuring stunning style (Corry’s Javanese gown is unreal! ) And with a romantic setting. There are lots of beautiful things to fall over when you look at this adorable San Francisco wedding.

Our Love Story

As with all good romances, the love story of a boy and girl began in a cafe. At the time of our story, I was employed as a barista. There was Charles, my husband, looking for baristas’ assistance.

A few days ago, while walking around his neighborhood for work and looking for a place to eat coffee that would be his favorite spot, when he walked past the coffee house, I ran. Although he initially came for coffee, he told me that it was me who was the main reason behind his stopping now and then.

The funny thing is, he never made any sign that he was interested in me. I discovered one year later that when he rang the coffee place I work at and invited me to join him for dinner.

Seven months later, he made it official that he was my boyfriend, my first boyfriend, and then seven years after that, he became my husband.

Favourite Moments

My husband said that I knew that the first photo shoot was his most memorable moment. He said that our first photo was absolutely incredible. I’m with him!

It’s funny that when you’re in a relationship with someone, you get used to seeing them on a regular basis, and the first glimpse is something different that a modern-day bride and groom must plan on their wedding day.

Our first photo was unforgettable due to the fact that we took it at SFMOMA, which let us enjoy a private, intimate moment. There were only just the two of us. My husband commented that I looked beautiful. I was hugged; he whispered into my ear, and then I told him how deeply he cherished me.

For me, each moment of the day was unforgettable. From putting on my gown to my first appearance and holding my first bouquet to looking at the gorgeous decor as I greeted my guests to saying goodbye. It was a wish that came to life!

In terms of special features, I designed the escort cards by myself as I wanted everyone to know how valuable these cards were to us.

Our Wedding

The search we made for the ideal San Francisco wedding reception venue ended when we discovered Stable Cafe.

We wanted a contemporary urban space that was intimate for our guests and family to enjoy on the day of our wedding. It’s a beautiful San Francisco gem that has a stunning outdoor courtyard, a backroom fireplace, and gorgeous plum trees throughout. The trees are bursting with blossoms!

We wanted to really enhance the beautiful scenery of our venue. So we chose the colors gold (classic and classy) vio, let (February color) whi, te (purity and enchanting),, and grey (a small, masculine touch) to complement the décor of Stable’s flowers and the tress.

The Style

I wanted to showcase my culture in my wedding dress, not only for me as an Indonesian woman but as a Javanese woman.

I contacted one of my friends from school in Indonesia to design me an original Indonesian wedding gown. She said yes, and I shared the design with her that I wanted, and she chose two of the fabrics she wanted me to select.

The dress was designed with the finest lace and was hand-stitched Javanese patterns. The dress was exactly what I thought of for my wedding dress. I felt so proud of it.

My husband had his custom-made tuxedo in Indochino, and it came out stunningly.

The fabric’s quality, as well as the construction, is perfect and was perfect for him. The “grey sharkskin suit” really made my wedding dress look more elegant.
