Fresh Wedding Inspiration for Spring and Beautiful Bridal Style

A New Beginning. A wedding is a new beginning, yes?

You can even change your name!

This is why the title of today’s inspiration shoot for a wedding is so apt.

This beautiful shoot featured a manor house with a rustic feel, a delicate bridal style (which was oh-so-chic), and some lovely tablescapes.

Emma’s work, Coco Wedding Venues. A great resource for UK couples! Katrina Otter weddings and events, along with Rebecca Goddard. Let Emma tell you about this stunning shoot.

A New Beginning is inspired by the early, fresh spring with a moody edge. When the days are filled with hope and the air is heavy with dew. Katrina wanted rustic, idyllic, and organic elements in a soft, pretty palette of duck-egg blues, dark, luscious greens, and creamy whites.

Rebecca Goddard is our photographer, and she captured our vision in a series of dreamy images…

The misty grounds of Narborough Hall are a romantic venue for weddings set in the Nar Valley. Narborough was perfect… lush, beautiful, and wild.

Joanne, owner of Narborough Florist and passionate florist, created beautiful flowers for us, from the bridal flowers to our tablescape. Ferns and Moss were dotted with delicate Willows, Hawthorns, Wild Narcissus, and Cow Parsley fronds.

Our first bridal look is soft, natural, and very pretty. Our bride wore the Eve dress from Rue De Seine. A silk tulle veil with a touch of sparkle added a subtle nod to tradition. Isabelle Rowe added a modern touch with the Rocking Horse Necklace and vintage rings. The hair was long, loose, and tousled. Makeup was soft and barely noticeable.

This Louvre Lace dress by Rue De Seine has a fitted waist, a soft A-line silhouette, and a high waist. The perfect dress for our woodland nymph in bare feet!

Natalie, from Curious Fair, created a delicate crown by combining white goose down feathers and whitewashed barley.

Katherine Helene Millot helped us create our al fresco dinner scene. Bone cutlery, simple vintage china, old silver, and cut glass were combined with golden candlesticks and old silver for a hint of glamour. All this was set on a lace runner.

Gemma Milly handcrafted the stationery suite we created. Its colors and organic font complemented the natural surroundings perfectly.

The Travelling Gin Co. boys created our signature cocktail, an “English Mojito.” The Travelling Gin Co. boys made an “English Mojito” for us.

It’s beautiful! It’s almost like you can smell the fresh Moss.

Thank you to Emma and her team, Coco Wedding Venues, Katrina Otter Weddings and Events, and Rebecca Goddard Photography for bringing a little Spring into this dull autumn day.
