In light of an imminent royal wedding, we’ve imagined the royal wedding fantasies of dreamy chateaus, grand ballrooms, and extravagant catering. Photographer Lucy Davenport and her team of talented people put together an exciting fruity and peach-inspired shoot that is exactly how my ideal royal wedding could appear to be like.
In a nod to their vibrant and lavish wedding venue, this wedding theme is so rich and fresh that it’s launching us into the summer. Bright flowers of various colors revive the traditional, massive centerpiece for flowers. We can smell the lilacs that grace the table for dessert.
And speaking of that, welcome to the great dessert table! A pink powder, five-tiered cake with gold roses, a smaller traditional tiered cake, and a delicious cheesecake (like the wheels of cheese delights!) are only the mainstays of this lavish platter of lavish desserts. If I were to be a future princess, I’d be most interested in all the top pastries that money can purchase.

For this editorial about the branding of the venue, A lot of inspiration came directly from interior design. I wanted to create the elegant style and elegance that the house exudes.
Holdenby House has enormous amounts of character inside and out in the sprawling grounds. It was able to provide the team with words: luxury elegant, exquisite, couture luxurious, gorgeous, beautiful, and beautiful; it was certain that we were all working towards the same style.
I took photos of the exquisite elements of the home to showcase the historic side and ensured that all items that were brought in matched the overall design. Given the historical nature of the location, the shoot needed to be authentic, and all aspects were taken into consideration.
The most memorable part of the shoot is the elaborate dessert table that was created with the Indulgence as well as the Princess Patisserie. The current fashions are on the rise, but I’m unable to help but think of what banqueting meals would be like years back.
